Areas of Interest
Professor Ehren teaches Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics as well as junior- and senior-year Chemical Engineering Laboratory. She also teaches in the First-Year Engineering program.
Her areas of interest include:
- Inclusive teaching
- Supporting diverse classrooms
- Research experience developing therapeutics for Celiac Sprue and diabetic complications
