Areas of Interest
Fr. Paulsen develops organic mixed ionic-electronic conductor (OMIEC) materials and devices for bioelectronic and energy applications. He has particular interests in fundamental structure-property investigations leveraging in situ and operando synchrotron X-ray studies and the application of hysteretic transport in OMIECs to enable innovative device functionality.
